A.D. PETERMAN
A. D. PETERMAN, former citizen of Gainesville long ago, died at his home at Ardmore, Okla., last night following a short illness of pneumonia. Mr. Petersman was a traveling man, well known.
He married Miss ELLA WINTON of Gainesville who died three years ago and was buried here. The remains will arrive here on the Santa Fe RR Friday afternoon and the funeral service will be held from the train with burial in Fairview cemetery.
Mr. Peterman was an uncle of Mrs. J. T. MORROW of Gainesville.

Ardmore, Okla., May 17: A. D. PETERMAN, one of Ardmore's pioneer citizens, died Wednesday morning after an illness of two weeks. Funeral services will be held at the home of Mrs. SALLIE SMITH of 217 West Broadway, Friday morning, then the body will be taken to Gainesville for burial beside the wife who died three years ago.
He was 61 years old and had made his home in Ardmore for 25 years and was at one time associated with the Hyden Dry Goods Co. For many years, he was salesman of the Carhart Overall Co. and made an enviable record with the company. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias.
He is survived by four brothers, H. T. PETERMAN of Gainesville, M. G. and W. B. PETERMAN of Davis, G. G. DAVIS of Fort Worth, and three sisters, Mrs. LULA GARRISON of Davis, Mrs. S. J. BOYNKIN and Mrs. O. G. ROUEMORE of Dallas.
