Francis Marion Overholtz (Frank) was the son of Lewis Westfall Overholtz and Nancy J Frum Overholtz Knowles, from Preble CO. Ohio. He was married to Mary Melissa Duncan Overholtz Scrivens. He had two children, Etta May Overholtz Rosenbaugh and Leroy who died very young. His siblings were: Andrew S., Emily Ann Overholtz Read, George Westfall, Elmer E, and Otto.
