James Richard Lawrence Graham, third son of Mr. & Mrs. Wm. Graham was run over by an automobile Saturday afternoon about 2 o'clock.
The child in company with several other children was playing in the road in front of his home near Nolan, when an automobile driven by tourists from Texas ran the child down and killing him instantly.
James Richard Lawrence Graham was born near Levy, N. M. on March 12, 1913 and died on Sept. 30, 1916. He was three years six months and eighteen days old.
Funeral services were held at the Graham home by Rev. Gibson of Miami and the body was brought ot Springer and burial made in the Springer cemetery.
