Abigail Jo Sutter, 6, of 205 Hutches St., Marble Rock, died Friday (April 25, 2008) in her home from an accidental fire along with her brother, Jacob Robert and sister, Jesselyn Marie.

Abigail Jo Sutter was born March 21, 2002, in Mason City, a daughter of Heather (Tim) Legg and Justin Frana.

She attended the Rudd, Rockford, Marble Rock Public School where she was in kindergarten. She enjoyed math, computer class and was very excited about learning to speak Spanish.
Abby was a participant in the TAG program and the after school library program. She was an extremely bright child.

Abby was a Daisy Scout, played T-ball and loved to swim. She enjoyed jumping rope, riding her bike and working on her "Build-a- Bear" bears. Abby enjoyed the challenge of a game of Hungry-Hungry Hippo or Checkers. Her favorite color was red and she was very much into "fashion." Abby loved oatmeal, chicken strips and big pancakes. She had a great appreciation for fine chocolates.

She had three dogs: T-Bone (black Lab), Gimpy (Golden Retriever) and Scoobey (special little mix breed).

Abby was a healthy, happy, energetic child who loved to spend time with her siblings.

She was her own person and loved all types of music. Abby was sassy, vivacious, and full of life.

BEAUTIFUL--(written by Momma)
Abby was a fashion diva, a drama queen, and a social butterfly. She loved clothes, shoes, make-up, jewelry, and shopping. She had at least 50 pairs of shoes, but loved going barefoot. She loved school and all of her friends at school. She was working on advanced reading, math, and learning Spanish. She couldn't wait to go to the library every day for the after school program. Abby knew every word to every song on the radio and loved to belt them out! She told everyone that her middle name was Joseph because she was named after Andrew. She loved Hannah Montana. She loved gardening and planting flowers with Grandma Walker. She was always excited to ride her bike up and down the sidewalk across the street. Abigail had a stash of candy and gum at everybody's house that she ever stayed with, which they are probably still discovering. Abigail wanted to be in charge and knew every detail about every person she had ever laid eyes on. If you misplaced or couldn't find something- ask Abby! She knew right where it was. Everyday she would come home and tell fantastically detailed stories of the adventures her and her friends had at school. Even though they weren't in the same class, she was excited to be in Kindergarten with her sister Heaven. Abby would always giggle when she talked about her boyfriends. She loved having her hair braided or curled for school. She would come home and tell me how many people thought she was beautiful that day! She wore a dress one day and proudly told me a little boy in her class said she was "HOT"!!! Abigail's eyes were sparkly blue, and she knew how to light up a room with them. She couldn't help being the center of attention--you were just drawn to her. She loved going to build-a-bear workshops. Karabear and Cutie Pie were her most prized possessions. She would steal Jessy's clothes and put them on her babies and animals. She enjoyed playing house and helping me cook. She had a play kitchen in her room and loved being the "mommy"! Jess and Jake weren't very compliant, much to her dismay. They wanted to jump on her bed and dump out her dresser drawers. Jake used her babies as action figures and made them "fight". She would get so mad at him!!! But as soon as he said he was sorry, she went back to being the mommy. She had a chalkboard wall and we would write notes on it. She was very proud of being able to read and write. She often would ask me if she was as smart as a 3rd or 4th grader. I'd smile and tell her "smarter Abby!" She was so proud of her little brother and sister too! She told everyone of all their new accomplishments, but she didn't think they were quite as smart as her yet. She also very much looked up to her big brother and loved it when he took her to the park, played ball with her, read her a book, or just had a snack with her. She was very proud to have a brother all the way in 6th grade! I think she even liked it a little when he picked on her. Abby loved to cuddle. She would snuggle on the couch under a blanket with you for hours--as long as her shows were on! Andrew called her Bonkers and we called her Beautiful or Princess, and she just smiled sweetly, because she knew all of them are true.
