Jere Barlow of West Linn died at the family home Wednesday after an illness of several months. He was born February 3, 1842, in Indiana, and has resided in the West Linn section for several months. Mr. Barlow is survived by his widow, Mrs. Amanda Barlow, and several children, who reside in West Linn.

The funeral service of the late Jere Barlow, who died at the family home in West Linn Wednesday, will be held from the Holman & Son Chapel in this city Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Rev. Willis Pettibone, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will conduct the service. Internment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Barlow is survived by his widow, Mrs. Amanda Barlow of West Linn and the following children: Mrs. Ella Hurn of Seattle, Wash.; Frank Barlow, Heppner, Ore.; Bert Barlow, Portland; Daniel S. and Mrs. Ida E. Young, Heppner; Mrs. Kathryn Love, Colby, Kansas; Emanuel Barlow, Seattle; Mrs. May Hurn, Hoquiam, Wa.; Joe Barlow and Mrs. Minnie Schunk, Oregon City.
