I have placed her in this cemetery although I found no tombstone. Her son, James Goldsberry, owned lots here. She lived with him all her life. He is the half-brother referred to in Solomon Ellefrits' obituary. The 1857 Marshall Co. State Census states he is her son. The marker placed in this cemetery is incorrect in stating she was the wife of James Goldsberry. Her daughter, Susannah Harris, is also buried here. Permalia was born abt 1795 VA; died between 17 July 1860-1870 at which time she resided in Marshall Co., KS. She married 29 Dec 1816 George Ellefritz.
