MRS. ANN WASSOM
SAC CITY - Mrs. Ann M. Wassom, 86, of Sac City, a longtime resident of this area, died early Monday, July 28, at Park View Manor nursing home in Sac City.

Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Church here, with burial in Oakland Cemetery. The Farber and Otteman Funeral Home of Sac City is in charge of arrangements. The rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Wednesday by the Catholic Daughters of America; the parish rosary will be at 8 p.m., also on Wednesday.

Mrs. Wassom is survived by three sons, Merritt, John and George, all of Sac City; a daughter, Mrs. Frank Molsberry of McAllen, Tex.; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lavina Duffy, and a brother, Lawrence McKenna, both of Storm Lake. She was a sister-in-law of Leila Wassom of Carroll.
