Mrs Joseph A Uhlrich, 74, of Bozeman died at a Billings hospital at 12:05 am Wednesday. She had suffered a fractured hip in a fall earlier this year and was brought to the hospital here (Billings) July 19 from Bridger, where she had been convalesing at the home of her son, Herman Uhlrich.
Mrs Uhlrich was born October 23 1881 in Switzerland and came to the United States in 1882 with her parents Mr and Mrs Joseph Hagen, settling in Bozeman.
She married Joseph Uhlrich on January 23, 1905.
Mrs Uhlrich was a member of the Holy Rosary Church in Bozeman. She is survived by five sons, Herman of Bridger, Joseph Jr, Paul, Phil and Louis Uhlrich all of Bozeman, and a daughter Sister Mary Joslin of LaCrosse, Wisc.
