Cletus J. Hagerty, 76, Route 1, Cloverdale, passed away Tuesday afternoon at Morgan County Hospital, Martinsville.
Born in Daviess County, he was the son of John and Helen (Williams) Hagerty.
He was married to Julia Mae Wamsley Sept. 17, 1931 and she preceded him in death May 15, 1976.
The Deceased was a retired farmer and carpenter and a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Greencastle.
Survivors include a sister Mrs. Alma Kavanaugh, Beach Grove, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Whitaker's Funeral Home in Cloverdale with Father Edward Hilderbrand of officiating. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
A Christian Wake Service will be held at the funeral home at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 until 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
