Elmore HENNINGTON, 70, Quitman, Rt. 1, passed away 13 Jan, 5:30 AM, as a result of a heart attack. Survivors - wife, Mrs. Ada HENNINGTON; one daughter, Miss Velma HENNINGTON, Quitman; five sons, M. L. HENNINGTON, Port Arthur, TX; Theo. R. HENNINGTON, Cletus HENNINGTON, DeRidder, LA; Chester HENNINGTON, Quitman; Evan HENNINGTON, Pascagoula, MS; 17 grandchildren; four great grandchildren. Funeral services held 15 Jan, 11 AM, Rev. W. L. Meadows, pastor of the Quitman Baptist church, officiating. Interment in Quitman cemetery. McClellan-Walters Funeral Home in charge.
