He was preceded in death by his parents, William D. and Mary Wildeane Ertell, and his son, Gordon Ertell Frank.
He was a strong man and everyone knew where he stood on all issues. He was an outgoing person who loved to talk just like his mother. He had close friends who were like brothers to him like Newt Spillar. Frank was very giving and loved doing for others. Even though we know he is in a better place, Frank will be sorely missed by family and friends alike.
Those left, who will cherish his memory, are his long time girlfriend, Dee Ball; son, Clayton Ertell; daughters, Lisa Larson and Emily Ertell; brothers, Rick Ertell and wife, Robin, Tommy and wife, Gina, William Jr. and wife, Carol; and sister, Helen and husband, James Proctor; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is leaving behind many good friends whom he loved and who loved him. We will all miss you but will see you again one day. We love you very much.
There will be no formal services at Frank's request. He was buried Friday, April 16, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., at Hawley Cemetery in Blessing where he was be laid to rest next to his mother and father.
