Ella was the daughter of Tandy Q. and Mary Jane McCrary Bush. She married Absolum Kanatzar on March 10, 1886 in Boone Co, MO. Their children were Milford, Lemuel Victor, Mary Irene and Herman C.

--Mrs Kanatzer Buried at Centralia Thursday-- Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Kanatzer, 84, were at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Ballew Chapel, Centralia. A former Centralian, she died Tuesday night at her home in Kansas City. Burial was in Union Church Cemetery south of Centralia. Her husband, Absalum Kanatzer died in 1911. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. George Criner, Bakersfield, CA; three sons, Milford Kanatzer, Pueblo, CO; Lemoch Kanatzer, Kansas City; and Harmon Kanatzer, Benton, KY.
