Mr. Paul was born in Homer City, PA to the late Ira S. Paul, Sr. and Jessie Kissenger.
He was a retired Major from the United States Army where he was a pilot and was also retired from civil service.
Survivors includes his wife, Adaline C. Paul of Bonaire, sons Ira S. Paul, III of Bonaire and Eric V. Paul of Ennis, TX, five grandchidlren and six great grandchidlren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart of Georgia Hospice @ 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, in memory of Mr. Paul.
