Funeral services for Hubert C. Steadman, 76, retired farmer of Rt. 1, Elkhart, will be held today at 2 p.m. at Pilgrim Church near Elkhart, with Rev. U. Van Sickle officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilgrim Cemetery.
Mr. Steadman died at his home early Saturday morning (Apr 12, 1958). He was born in Georgia on January 8, 1882.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Rachel (Cross) Steadman of Elkhart, and several stepchildren.
The body will be at Hassell & Foster until carried to the church for services.
