"Obituary: MRS. MARTHA A. O'NEAL, wife of B. W. O'NEAL and daughter of DUDLEY and ANN SALE was born in Elbert County, Georgia March 4, 1815. Her father moved to Madison County, Alabama when she was quite young. She was married in 1838, professed religion in 1842 and united herself with the Methodist Episcopal Church. She moved with her family from Madison Co. Ala. to Milam County, Texas in the fall of 1872. Was confined to her bed with consumption. Left one brother and one sister, MRS. M. D. WANCE, a husband and 4 children."
