BARNES, James R.---A resident of W2208 First Ave. Survived by his wife, Eva, at the home; one son, Lester J. Barnes of Spokane; 2 grandchildren, several brothers and sisters in the east and one brother, Charles Barnes, in Seattle. Mr. Barnes lived in Spokane 47 years. He was a life member of B.P.O.E. 228. Funeral services Sat., Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. from the SMITH FUNERAL HOME, W1124 RIVERSIDE AVE. Rev. Russell Alsgaard officiating. Interment Riverside Park Cemetery.
