Mrs. Lottie Musselwhite Oakes, 83, of Cruger, widow of William W. Oakes, died Monday at Care Inn Nursing Home in Greenwood.
Services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 10 from Williams & Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood with burial in Brister Cemetery near Kosciusko.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. T. A. Howard and Mrs. H. H. Howard, both of Cruger; two sons, W.L. Oakes of Tchula and John R. Oakes of Cruger; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Davis and Mrs. Fannie Kensey, both of Kosciusko, and three brothers, Benson Musselwhite and Steve Musselwhite, both of Durant, and Vardaman Musselwhite of West.
