Funeral services for Elgin G. Lowrie, 70, of 1201 East Walnut Street will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Connally Chapel, Rev. John Kowier officiating, burial in Waco Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Lowrie was dead on arrival at a local hospital at 11:40 p.m. Saturday following a heart attack in the 1800 block of Harrison Avenue.

He was born at Chico, Texas on Feb. 19, 1886. He had lived in Waco 25 years. He was a retired farmer.
