Mellie Mae Player Barrineau, 89, the widow of Clarence Weldon Barrineau, died Sunday, February 13, 1994, in a Georgetown hospital.
Mrs. Barrineau was born in Williamsburg County, a daughter of Daniel Early Player Sr. and Sara Emma Feagin Player. She attended Williamsburg County schools and Kelly Hospital School of Nursing. She was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
She was survived by a son, Robert H. Barrineau of Andrews; two daughters, Earline B. Haselden and Joyce B. Weatherford, both of Georgetown; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, February 15, 1994, in Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial, directed by the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home, followed in Andrews Memorial Cemetery.
