James Westley Allen, owner of Allen Sanitation, died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was 68.

Allen was a resident of Mobile.

Survivors include his wife, Jannie Allen; one daughter, Deborah Champion; one son, Ronnie Allen; and one sister, Carolyn Allen, all of Mobile; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. until the noon service at Gilmer's Funeral Home on Zeigler Circle West. Burial will follow in Pierce Creek Cemetery.
