He was the son of the late Absalom and Harriet Leppo. Mr. Leppo was a retired farmer and a member of St. Mary's Lutheran Church, Silver Run, Md.
Surviving are his widow, the former Missouri Keefer; two children, Roger F., Taneytown R.1, and Mrs. Harry M. Warehime, Westminster R.7., five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one brother, Daniel, Littlestown.
Funeral services Saturday, meeting at the Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown at 10 a.m. with further services at St. Mary's Church conducted by the Rev. Dr. F.R. Seibel. Interment in St. Mary's Union Cemetery, Silver Run.
