Philip Edgar Dead

Philip Edgar, of Kingston, aged 83 years, died Tuesday night after a long illness. He is survived by a son, L.D. Edgar, and two daughters, Mrs. L. Jacobs and Mrs. James Scureman, of Kingston, as well as several children living at a distance.
