Though born in Fayette Co., John Bright lived in Henry Co., Ky. Later he spent time in Louisville, where he was married at least twice. His wife, Charlotte Raddie, and he are buried in the lot of their son-in-law, Will R. Milward, Sr. Bright was a Methodist lay minister and the author of a number of medical books, including "Curing Cancer Without a Knife." There are write-ups about him in Kentucky biographies.
