Baby Falls In Scalding Water Dies From Effects Little Miss Freda Bailey, the two year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter P. Bailey of Fifth and G. Sts. died last evening about 7 o'clock. On Saturday afternoon the baby fell into a pail of boiling water which resulted in its death. Burial was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Ocean View Cemetery.
