Clyde E. Goodnight, 91, a retired Southern Pacific Railroad care inspector, died Tuesday (Jan 24).
A native of Colorado, Mr. Goodnight had lived in Sacramento since 1923. he was a member of Union Lodge No. 58 F&AM, Ben Ali temple of the Shrine, American Legion Post 392 and the International Order of Footprinters. he was a veteran of World War I.
Mr. Goodnight is survived by his wife Emma; sons Clyde L., Lyle E. and Bill R.; daughters Vivian Teske and Collene Heck; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Sacramento Memorial Lawn Mortuary, 6100 Stockton Blvd"
