OBITUARY: Grace B. Triplett
On Wednesday morning, June 6, 1906, Grace the little eight year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edd Triplett near Rosetta, passed away. She had been confined to her bed 12 weeks with an abscess on her right lung, and though she suffered untold misery she never complained. She was unusually bright and during her illness instead of thinking of her own condition she was constantly inquiring about her little brothers when they were out of her sight. She was conscious all the time and told those standing around her bed-side she was dying. Grace leaves a father, mother, two little brothers and a host of relatives and friends to cherish her memory and to mourn her loss. Kindly is the lesson given; Then dry the falling tear. They come to raise our hearts to heaven, They go to call us there.
