They were the parents of seven children: Oscar Rudolph, Alfred Edward, Ida Andrena, Helmer Andrew, Leonard Emil, Merriam Joseph, and Oliver Harold.

Mrs. Olena Erikson, a resident of Sinclair Township since 1943, died at the Good Samaritan Home at Clearbrook, Sunday, November 7. She was born in Norway, December 24, of parents Austin and Lena Jenson.
Her marriage to Emil Erickson took place at Sandborn, Iowa, on April 8, 1906. they moved to Appleton, Minnesota in 1914, to Pinewood and in 1934 and then to the Leonard community in 1943.
Mrs. Erickson was preceded in death by her husband on March 25, 1959, a daughter, Mrs. Ida Amborn and a son, Helmer.
Surviving are sons, Oscar, Oliver and Alfred of Leonard and Mariam of Grover City, California. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, two brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 12, at 2 p.m., in the United Lutheran Church at Leonard with the Rev. Richard Larson in charge. Burial will be made in the Sinclair Township Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Funeral Home.
