Orbun Troy Moore, 75, passed at his home, 405 Canal St, today at 3 a.m.
Graveside funeral services are to be held at a local cemetery at 10 a.m. Saturday. Arrangements will be announced by Brown Funeral Co. of Decatur. The family requests no flowers.
He had been a resident of Decatur for a short time. For a number of years he was instrumental in establishing various businesses in Atlanta and later in Birmingham he was promoter of a Southeastern distribution firm.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. May Moore; three daughters, Mrs. Edward Battles, Decatur; Mrs. Robert Holman Jr, Chicago; and Mrs. Bernard A. Louden, Sylacauga, Ala; one son, Orbun T. Moore Jr, Atlanta; 13 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
