My Daddy-he wasn't a huge man, in fact the largest part of my daddy was his heart. He loved going fishing with my brother, my momma and I when we were young, sometimes we would just jump in the car and go wherever a tank of gas would carry us. He worked hard for his family, he did many things just so we were cared for. He worked construction in the early days of my life, until one day the building he was working on collapsed on him, he survived but had a severely broken leg that left him with a limp the rest of his life, but he carried on, still providing for us. Even after momma and daddy divorced they remained the best of friends, still caring for each other and lending their help to one another when it was needed. My Daddy was not only my daddy, but my friend as well.
