Herman A. (Runt) Bowser, 61, of 1815 Rialto St., Troy Hill, Pittsburgh, former resident of Kittanning, died Monday in St. John's Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Sept. 9, 1905, he was a son of Andrew and Lyda Bowser. He is survived by his wife the former Marie Stouffer; one son, Herman A. Jr. and one daughter, Linda Faye, both at home; one stepdaughter, Harriet Ziemack of Ohio; three brothers, Wilbert of Worthington, Stanley S. of MR 10, East Brady Road, Kittanning, and Kenneth of Ford City. BOWSER - Friends of Herman A. (Runt) Bowser of Pittsburgh, formerly of Kittanning, who died Feb. 13, 1967, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Oscar Miller Funeral Home, Troy Hill, Pittsburgh, until 9 p.m. Wednesday, when the body will be brought to the Montgomeryville Baptist Church, Adrian, for viewing at 11 a.m. Thursday. Services will be held at the church at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 16). Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Miller.
