Leone Madsen Blair was born February 18th, 1922 to Spencer and Ada Anderson Madsen in Lakeview, Utah, the third of eight children. She lived in Lakeview graduating from Lincoln High School where she met her sweetheart, Dewain Medwin Blair. They were married April 3rd, 1942. She took care of their first two of six children while Dewain was off to the war in Germany. After the war, they moved to Clearfield, Utah where they raised the rest of their children and where Leone lived the rest of her life. After Dewain, or Wayne as he was widely known, retired they fulfilled two missions for the LDS church. One mission to Vermont and the other to New Zealand. She lived only three short years after Wayne died, Apirl 19th, 1995, passing on November 28th, 1998 herself.
