CLYO -- Jack Bandy, 58, died Oct. 7 at home.
He was a native of Tennessee, a retired millwright and an Army veteran.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Judy M. Bandy of Clyo; two daughters, Carrie Mullis of Kingston, Tenn., and Jacqueline Gollihar of Rockwood, Tenn.; two sons, Timothy R. Bandy of Cleveland, Tenn., and Scott Bandy of Harriman, Tenn.; two sisters, Jean Miracle of Rockwood, Tenn., and Joann Coffey of Oliver Springs, Tenn.; a brother, Robert Bandy of Rockwood; and five grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: noon today at Memorial Medical Center Chapel.
BURIAL: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Beaufort National Cemetery.
