PEKIN - Mary Jane Hill, 90, of the Kansas City area, formerly of Pekin, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, at the Carondelet Manor, Kansas City, Mo.

Jane was born May 18, 1919, in Union, Mo., to Raymond and Erna Cole. She had lived in Mission, Kan., Bella Vista, Ark., and Pekin, Ill., before returning to the Kansas City area in 2009.
She had been a supervisor for Pyramid Life Insurance Company for 10 years.
Jane was a member of Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village, Kan., and First United Presbyterian Church in Pekin, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Hill, in 1996.
Jane is survived by two children and their spouses, Sally and Bob Rapp of Shawnee, Kan., and Michael and Kris Hill of Anchorage, Alaska; four grandchildren and their spouses, Amy and Pat Sena of Lincoln, Neb., Carrie and Brian Hogan of Olathe, Kan., Steve Hill and David and Tammy Hill of Anchorage, Alaska; and six great-grandchildren.
