Flossie Lorene "Toadie" Miles, age 84, of Tullahoma died Wednesday March 31, 2010 at the Life Care Center. A native of Tullahoma, she was the daughter of the late James Warner Beck and Flossie Leora Hammers Beck. She had been married to the late Robert Leland Miles. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Earl Bailey, Paul Bailey, "Nig" Bailey, and Jeff Bailey and by her sisiters Pearl Mines, Eunice Eslick, Margaret Smith, Minnie Tankersley, and Ruth Bailey. She was a homemaker and was a member of First Christian Church in Tullahoma. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2010 at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Tom Murdock and Father Sam Clarke officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughter Gwynne Gilbert of Madison, TN, granddaughter Misty (Rob) Roberts, and her great granddaughters Trinity and Selene Roberts.
