AUGUSTA—Brant Bradish,71, a lifelong resident of Augusta and self-appointed historian of the village died unexpectedly of a heart ailment at borne Friday morning. He was born Feb. 17, 1887, in Augusta, son of Cassius M. and Addle (Roffe) Bradish. For many years, he had a general store here, but the last 15 years he had been a freight dispatcher for Consolidated Freight Co. in Battle Creek: Over the years, Mr. Bradish had amassed much written material and photographs of pioneer Augusta families.
