JUDSON JAMES ranked ninth in the birth order of 13 children born to JAMES TALBOT & ROZELIA BETHEL. He was the only male child that survived to adulthood. The son of an Irish police chief and a loving and devoted mother he grew up with a great sense of values. He worked hard at various occupations and after many years of employment with the Norfolk Naval Shipyard - shop 17 - he retired and moved to Texas until his death on June 26 1981. His spouse of 41 1/2 years was MARION VIRGINIA DOXEY . They were parents of five children, four of which still survive, and one daughter ROSE VIRGINIA who died an infant.
