Mrs. IDA (KIRKSEY) BARLOW was the daughter of Mrs. Mary (Langston) Kirksey and John Kirksey.

She was the wife of Dr. William Nevels Barlow. To their union, several children were born. Their known children were ---

Jay Lee Barlow
Lola May Barlow
Faye Barlow
Everett Barlow
Mabel Barlow
James P. Barlow

Sadly, one of their children passed away before the spring of 1900, as reported in the census records.

Her husband also preceded her in death.

Upon her passing Mrs. IDA KIRKSEY BARLOW (age 86) was laid to rest on November 10, 1962 on the grounds of Pinehill Methodist Cemetery in Rusk County, Texas.

The funeral directors with Cathron & Taylor's Funeral Home, as supervised by R.L. Taylor, managed the burial arrangements.

Mrs. Craig Pruitt was the informant on the death certificate.
