Eula Mae Patterson, 84, of Ozark died Thursday, July 11, 2002, in a Ozark nursing home. She was a homemaker, born in Yale on Feb. 18, 1918, to William Thomas and Martha Jane Russell Stewart. She was preceded in the death by her husband, Gussie; and a son, James. Funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Highland Cemetery in Ozark. She is survived by six daughters and sons-in-law, Betty Pritchard and Jack of Mulberry, Ruby Bradshaw and Gordon Jr. of Greenland, Frankie Smith and Eddie of Greenland, Reabertia Wilbourne and Bob of West Point, Miss., Phyllis Miller and Larry of Leon, Okla., and Brenda Winton and Jerry of Pocola; five sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Patterson and Pearl of Leslie, Lonnie Patterson and Jackie of Evansville, Larry Patterson and Kathy of Ozark, Ronnie Patterson and Vickie of Russellville and Phillip Patterson and Mary of Alma; 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Randy, Terry, Jamie and Brian Patterson, Shanye Petty, Shawn Sharum and Jessie Winton.
