This man was my Grandfather. To me he was the most wonderful man in all the world. I still believe that to this day. He was the son of John Thomas Wagner (8-3-1877/11-24-1971) and Albertina Enquist-Wagner (1-27-1879/3-6-1962) who had two other sons, Ralph and Howard. He married Betty Schubech-Wagner on 8-16-1923. They had three children, Jacquiline, Lavonne (Bonnie) and Thomas. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha and loved & played baseball. At the time of his passing he was survived by his children, eight grand-children, Christopher & Kirk Kuppig, Mixie, Gayella & Carolyn Martin and Scott, Russell & Thomas II Wagner and many great-grand children. He is greatly missed by his family and friends.

"If I could have a lifetime wish
A dream that would come true
I'd pray to God with all my heart
For yesterday and you
A thousand words can't bring you back
I know because I've tried
And neither will a million tears
I know because I've cried
You left behind my broken heart
And happy memories too
I never wanted memories
I only wanted you."
