Aunt Jemima Setser was born Nov. 4th 1845 in Kentucky and died Feb. 4th 1922 near Iberia. She was 76 years and 3 months old. She was married in 1866 to John A. Setser, who died in 1898.

To this union were born nine children, Misses Stella, Joann and Belle, and Mrs. W.F. Hensley, Mrs. Roe Fancher and Willie, having preceded her in death. A.W. Setser, C.C. Setser, and Felix Setser are living. She also leaves 28 grandchildren—17 living and 11 dead. Also two great-grandchildren, two sisters—Mrs. Harrison Smith and Mrs. Will Clark, two brothers—John Gardner and Felix Gardner, and one half-brother—Wiley Gardner of Eldon still living, besides a number of other relatives and friends.
