The death record of this morning announces the decease of Miss Sarah S. Abraham, at the family residence, No. 1025 Hennepin avenue. The family moved to this city in 1857, and has been universally respected. The deceased was a woman of remarkable energy and force of character, as well as great kindness of heart. The First Baptist church, of which she was a member, will deeply mourn the loss of this dear "mother in Israel." In her family, there has been a succession of afflictions, through which she has passed with Spartan courage and true Christian patience. At last, at the ripe old age of 69, death comes to her release, and it is a comfort to her large circle of friends to know that she died as she lived, reposing perfect trust in her dear Lord.
