Scottsville, KY.--Vivan Cornwell, 86, of Scottsville died Friday at his home after a brief illness.
He was a member of Shady Grove General Baptist Church and a son of the late James Cornwell and Borenelia (sic) Lightfoot.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at T. W. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Inell Cornwell of Scottsville; three daughters, Lula Ree Johnson and Frances May Hogue, both of Bowling Green, and Roxie Ann Shipley of Scottsville; a son, James Robert Cornwell of Scottsville; two sisters, Coatney May Weaver and Oddie Fikes, both of Indianapolis.
