Ralph J. Noll, 68, of 626 Brookside Ave., Wayne, a former resident of the Waynesboro area, died at 4 a.m. at the Bryn Mawr Hospital. He had been in failing health since May and had been confined to the hospital for the past eight weeks. He was born April 28, 1900, at Tomstown, son of the late David and Minnie Ritter Noll. His early life was lived in the Waynesboro area. He moved to the Philadelphia area 40 years ago. He had made his home in Wayne for the past 20 years. Prior to his retirement in April 1965, he was employed as a director of customer relations at the James Lee Sons Division of Burlington Industries at Bridgeport for 36 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edith Oller Noll, and a number of nieces and nephews. He attended the Mennonite Church.
The funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Grove Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Henry Fisher. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
