Ruth Laura Miller, 95, of Luray died Nov. 24, 1988, at the Life Care Center in New Market. She was born Nov. 9, 1893 in Page County and was a d/o the late William Harrison and Laura Katherine Hottle Shuler. On Dec. 18, 1913, she married Reuben David Miller, who died March 13, 1935. Surviving are a son, William David Miller of Woodstock; 7 daughters, Katherine Blevins, Mary Yates, Janie Rothgeb, Alice Dovel and Annabel Shaffer, all of Luray, Julia Ann Hileman of Falls Church & Gloria Menefee of Winchester; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A private burial was conducted.
