JOHN MUNDAY (sic), aged 60 years, died Monday afternoon at his home, N. Locust St., from a complication of diseases. He had been confined to bed about nine days.
Deceased was a blacksmith by trade and conducted a shop in S. Mulberry St. He was well known throughout the county. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and of Antietam Tribe of Red Men.
Surviving are his wife and two daughters -- Mrs. Kate Bowers, Baltimore; and Emma, at home; brothers and sisters, George, Jacob, Hagerstown; Harry, Shepherdstown; Mrs. Scott Snook and Mrs. Zentmyer, Halfway.
Funeral Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock; services at the house; interment in Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers from Antietam Tribe of Redmen.
