Obituary. Mr. James C. Wilson, a clerk in the Bureau of Engineers, died at his residence (Smith's Row), Georgetown, on Tuesday. He was the only officer in the District of Columbia who was attached to the volunteer artillery companies of Baltimore (three in number) which were stationed in Fort McHenry during the bombardment of September 1814. Mr. Wilson has long been looked upon as one of the most competent and efficient officers of his bureau or the whole clerical corps of the Government.
