Pam was born February 18, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of William Howard Bird and Betty Jean Hedgpeth Bird. She was raised in Dallas and graduated from W.W. Samuel High School in 1965. Pam had been employed as a secretary by Connolly Tool & Machine Company in Dallas. Pam had lived in Dallas prior to moving to Wills Point in 1998. She was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by her sister, Terry Kelley in 1996.
