DRUMMONDS - Mrs. Mary Reed Pittman, 83, died Thursday at her home after a long illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at South Tipton Assembly of God Church, where she was a member, with burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Munford Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Pittman, the widow of Tom Pittman, leaves two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Rose of Drummonds and Mrs. Elsie Rounsavall of Jackson, Miss.; five sons, Louis Pittman of Swanwick, Ill., Elmer Pittman of Troy, Ill., and Travis Pittman, Johnny Pittman and Perry Pittman, all of Drummonds; three sisters, Mrs. Othel Caughron of Drummonds, Mrs. Esther Prescott of Ripley and Miss Ivy Reed of Chicago, 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
