Rev. W.K. Unkart, 55, was the pastor of the South Bend Baptist church. he was formerly associated with Mrs. Baird's Bread Company.

William Unkart married Pauline Neas on 1941 at Brownwood, Texas. The couple moved to Graham in 1948 from Fort Worth, Texas.

Funeral at South Bend Baptist church officiated by Rev. D.R. Tucker. Masonic rites were held at the grave.

Rev. Unkart was very active in religious work, serving as pastor of the South Bend Baptist Church. His activities also included work with the Masonic Lodge. Rev. Unkart helped dedicate the Stovall Hot Wells in the 1930s.

Survivors: wife - Mrs. Pauline Unkart; sons - William K. and Jerry Unkart; David and Mike Unkart; daughter - Patricia Spears; brother -Wilson Unkart; sisters - Mrs. B.B. Brown; Mrs. A.E. Durkee; Mrs. R.E. Hornsby, Mrs. Clarence Smith and Mrs. Lavoy Woody; two grandchildren.
