Sally Leatha (Phillips) Nichols, 88, of Broken Arrow died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002 at Wagoner.
Service was at 11 a.m Wednesday at the Christian-Gavlik Chapel with Brian Mangar officiating Burial was to be in Park Grove Cemetery.
Sally was born March 10, 1914, in Broken Arrow to E.L. and Florence (Holland) Phillips. She was an insurance agent and artist, and was married to Earl Nichols.
She was a member of American Pen Women and Artist Guild, Rose Garden Club, an First Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Gary Nichols of Broken Arrow, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
